David Adelson, President / CEO

David Adelson has been recognized as a pioneer in the hospitality industry. With more than twenty years of professional and managerial experience, David has lead and innovated in-hotel operations, marketing, sales and finance. He is the creator of Intelity and serves full time as its President and Chief Executive Officer. He ignited a revolution in hospitality technology bringing the ICE hotel guest interface to market and built Intelity into a multimillion dollar company.


Previously, he served as senior director of sales and marketing at the Peabody Orlando for three years. Prior to Peabody, he was senior director of sales and marketing at the landmark Grand Hyatt New York where, beyond local responsibilities, he oversaw fifteen other Hyatt properties on the East Coast. He taught hospitality at Drexel University, Cornell University and Boston College. David earned his degree at Pennsylvania State University.



Chris Grey
Chris Grey, Chief Technology Officer

Chris is a technology pioneer who has invented, innovated, created and developed breakthroughs in applications and systems management making the title “tech guru” a worthy one. From his earliest days in Princeton, New Jersey at Commodities Corporation and in New York at Credit Suisse, Chris was responsible for application development and systems management.He established standards, created documentation and procedures, and directed worldwide coordination.


At Tribune Media in Orlando, he managed technology focused on customer relationship management, marketing and distribution systems as well as IT project management. Chris joined Intelity in 2008 where he leads a team whose credentials usually begin with “the first” “the best” “the only” and, lately, “the award-winning".


A true visionary in hospitality technology, Chris pushes the limits of technology and has advanced guest services management solutions on all fronts. He and his team have literally invented hotel guest-facing technology and both transformed and streamlined hotel tracking systems. Chris earned his college degree at the University of Texas.



Didier Jupillat
Didier Jupillat, Chief Financial Officer

Boasting two MBAs, one from ESSEC in Paris and a second from the Wharton School in Philadelphia, Didier Jupillat is one brilliant numbers guy. He’s a veteran of international agribusiness in production and export as well as IMG Enterprises developing and directing strategies for their IT, sales and operations groups.


He served as chief financial officer of Florida Tree Source, a producer and wholesaler serving the landscaping industry. He is fluent in Spanish and French as well as English. Didier joined Intelity in 2009 where his responsibilities include both financial management and human resources.

Phil Schwartz
Phil Schwartz, Chief Marketing Officer

Phil Schwartz is a veteran marketing guy. After earning his MBA at the University of Florida he headed to northern climes where he served as brand manager at General Mills on brands such as Betty Crocker, Gold Medal and Nature Valley. After a marketing stint at Six Flags, he moved to the ad agency side of the business in Minneapolis and Miami.


His accounts in travel & hospitality included destination tourism (for Florida, Miami and others), hotels (for Peabodys, Sheratons and others), airlines, car rental and attraction companies. His Miami agency was an early Internet pioneer having its own Web site in 1995.


After selling his half of the agency seven years later, he wrote two books, taught advertising and marketing at the University of Florida and consulted with more than one hundred advertisers and agencies. Phil joined Intelity as marketing chief in April 2010.

Jake Buckstead
Jake Buckstead, Vice President of Hospitality Sales

Immersed in the Internet from its earliest days, Jake Buckstead is the consummate sales professional. In the 1990s, he led marketing teams at two regional companies offering hosting, development, eCommerce and network security. When he joined LodgeNet as director of business development and partner marketing in 2000, Jake drove the launch of its interactive HDTV platform.


His feet were now firmly planted in hospitality technology. He managed sales and marketing of the LodgeNet product overseeing the majority of its sales including several large worldwide hotel brands. Jake attended college at the University of South Dakota and the University of Wisconsin. He joined Intelity in April 2010 where he leads a growing international sales team.
