ALES - Director of Hospitality Sales, Southeast Region, Florida based - (preferably Miami or Orlando)

The Director of Hospitality Sales will be tasked with driving the growth of company's business model; execute sales strategies against corporate goals and objectives, and develop and scale up new business and customer bases. Overall, the Director will be charged with directing the business development and sales effort in a given territory and accounts and monitoring the results, quantifying the successes and shortfalls, and adjusting as needed to achieve the sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales revenue targets (as laid out in attached commission plan).
• Build and maintain strong, long term relationships with individual hoteliers, management companies, ownership groups (and brands if assigned) within the Director's sales territory.
• Development of sales presentations and action plans for potential new clients.

ENGINEERING - Systems Engineer

We are seeking experienced System Engineers to support multiple systems as part of our IT Operations team. The successful candidates will be responsible for administration of all Microsoft- and Linux-based servers, MS SQL databases, as well as the company's overall technical environment. The IT Operations team is responsible for the installation, configuration and administration of all IT infrastructure and applications, including support for end-user systems. Systems Engineer will be ensuring the integration of IT programs and services; developing solutions to integration/interoperability issues; designing, developing, Implementing and managing IT network services that meet current and future business requirements, and apply or extend, enhance, or optimize the existing architecture; managing multiple projects; communicating technical requirements to technical and non-technical personnel; and preparing and presenting system documentation; evaluating the effectiveness of installed systems and services; and providing advice on and devising solutions to a wide range of IT issues. Additionally, this person must have experience evaluating existing local and cloud server resource usage and trends, and actively participate in ongoing efforts to build and sustain a balanced environment that will support steady projected growth.

Job Duties

  • • Day-to-day system engineering activities, including overseeing and extending various tools and monitoring frameworks, system provisioning, system management, configuration management and security vulnerability remediation.
  • • Conceive, design, build and extend internal operational tools to automate and streamline repeated tasks that the operational team has to perform.
  • • Provide system administration support to client services personnel, sales, developers and other internal personnel who are responsible for the development, production and deployment of the Intelity software.
  • • Solid organizational, time management and strong problem-solving skills are required along with the ability to work independently.
  • • Participate and, on occasion, lead meetings, conference calls with internal team members as well as clients and/or vendors.
  • • Domestic and International travel on occasion will be part of this role.
  • • This role will require someone very flexible to work on multiple projects simultaneously and who is able to maintain steady progress on planned projects while delivering excellent service to handle urgent situations that arise in our environment at the same time.
  • • Must be available to provide expert client support 24/7/365, respond quickly to report issues and outages, and escalate issue appropriately.

Engineering - Systems Support Analyst - Tier 1

We are seeking a qualified System Support Analyst to provide first-tier support for our external and internal clients. The Support Analyst is responsible for handling all incoming support requests in a timely and professional manner. Areas of support will include, but not be limited to, our proprietary web-based application and all associated client platforms and integrations. Standard desktop, network and telephony support will also be required.

Qualified candidates will need to be well versed in operating, supporting and troubleshooting current versions of Windows OS, Mac OS, MS web services, MS SQL, Linux). First-hand knowledge of Android and IOS operating systems as well as the applications and hardware troubleshooting of multiple devices is essential. In addition, the Systems Support Analyst will play a limited role in the configuration and setup of systems and hardware for new and upgrade projects.

Successful candidates must be able to learn proprietary systems rapidly and in an independent manner. Must be able to effectively communicate detailed information to front-line users as well as technical resources. Must be available to provide client support 24x7/365 - regular after-hours support rotation required. Engineering - Application Specialist - Tier 2

The Application Specialist works as a member of the ICE Support team. The Application Specialist is the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all workings of the application and it's associated device platforms and vendor integrations. The Application Specialist will provide Tier 2 support for all live production clients and work directly with clients and integration vendors to resolve issues. The Application Specialist will also review new production releases and provide technical/practical training to the balance of the technical project and support staff.

Qualified candidates will need to be well versed in operating, supporting and troubleshooting current versions of Windows OS, Mac OS, MS web services, MS SQL, Linux). CLIENT SERVICES - Project Manager

The Project Manager provides overall planning, coordinating, management and successful implementation of a multi-platform, integrated software solution. Intelity's Project Manager coordinates the successful delivery of Intelity's ICE software from Sales turnover to implementation. This position is encompassed within the Client Services department and is based in Orlando, FL. This position will require some travel, occasional weekend and night work, and potentially on-call responsibilities. Although this is not an I.T. position, it will require an understanding of technical concepts.

Job Duties

  • • Ability to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines and under pressure
  • • Estimate time frames, quality and quantity of resources required to successfully execute the project; develops project plan incorporating all project variables.
  • • Analyze customers' business requirements and technology objectives to optimize Intelity's ICE to meet the customers' business needs.
  • • Ensure projects are completed according to Intelity's standard and company vision.
  • • Ensure customer payments are on schedule and in line with implementation dates.
  • • Remain aware of potential project challenges and works to mitigate any risks.
  • • Monitor project deliverables and progress through continuous communication with project team members.
  • • Collaborate with other departments in planning and scheduling of projects.
  • • Lead regular status checks with customers and project team to assess progress against plan.
  • • Adjust or reforecast project variables as necessary while managing customer satisfaction.
  • • Prepare progress reports.
  • • Serve as liason between Intelity, the customer and applicable 3rd party vendors to ensure all requirements are met.
  • • Maintain relevant customer information in Intelity's customer database.

CLIENT SERVICES - Content Management Specialist (Entry-level)

The Content Management Specialist optimizes the visual and textual design elements of a multi-platform, integrated software solution. Intelity's CM Specialist serves as part of a project team and works closely with the customer to create a look and feel that best represents the customer's vision while still adhering to Intelity ICE application templates. This position will also assist post-deployment customers with maintaining content and design, and may involve some customer training. This position is encompassed within the Client Services department and is based in Orlando, FL. This position may require occasional weekend and night work. This is an entry level role.

Job Duties

  • • Provide creative support to the project team and customer for the design and content of a multi-platform solution that includes tablets, smartphones, TV, and web based applications.
  • • Understand product functionality to ensure design and content fit within system capabilities.
  • • Ability to understand, interpret, and communicate customer's brand standards.
  • • Understand and gather design/ content requirements from the customer.
  • • Ability to organize large amounts of specialized content.
  • • Ability to understand the user experience of Intelity's ICE applications to optimize the customer's content and design requirements.
  • • Lead regular design and content reviews with the customer.
  • • Ability to extract and present data in a professional manner.
