The Director of Hospitality Sales will be tasked with driving the growth of company's business model; execute sales strategies against corporate goals and objectives, and develop and scale up new business and customer bases. Overall, the Director will be charged with directing the business development and sales effort in a given territory and accounts and monitoring the results, quantifying the successes and shortfalls, and adjusting as needed to achieve the sales goals.

We are seeking experienced System Engineers to support multiple systems as part of our IT Operations team. The successful candidates will be responsible for administration of all Microsoft- and Linux-based servers, MS SQL databases, as well as the company's overall technical environment. The IT Operations team is responsible for the installation, configuration and administration of all IT infrastructure and applications, including support for end-user systems. Systems Engineer will be ensuring the integration of IT programs and services; developing solutions to integration/interoperability issues; designing, developing, Implementing and managing IT network services that meet current and future business requirements, and apply or extend, enhance, or optimize the existing architecture; managing multiple projects; communicating technical requirements to technical and non-technical personnel; and preparing and presenting system documentation; evaluating the effectiveness of installed systems and services; and providing advice on and devising solutions to a wide range of IT issues. Additionally, this person must have experience evaluating existing local and cloud server resource usage and trends, and actively participate in ongoing efforts to build and sustain a balanced environment that will support steady projected growth.

We are seeking a qualified System Support Analyst to provide first-tier support for our external and internal clients. The Support Analyst is responsible for handling all incoming support requests in a timely and professional manner. Areas of support will include, but not be limited to, our proprietary web-based application and all associated client platforms and integrations. Standard desktop, network and telephony support will also be required.
Qualified candidates will need to be well versed in operating, supporting and troubleshooting current versions of Windows OS, Mac OS, MS web services, MS SQL, Linux). First-hand knowledge of Android and IOS operating systems as well as the applications and hardware troubleshooting of multiple devices is essential. In addition, the Systems Support Analyst will play a limited role in the configuration and setup of systems and hardware for new and upgrade projects.

The Application Specialist works as a member of the ICE Support team. The Application Specialist is the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all workings of the application and it's associated device platforms and vendor integrations. The Application Specialist will provide Tier 2 support for all live production clients and work directly with clients and integration vendors to resolve issues. The Application Specialist will also review new production releases and provide technical/practical training to the balance of the technical project and support staff.

The Project Manager provides overall planning, coordinating, management and successful implementation of a multi-platform, integrated software solution. Intelity's Project Manager coordinates the successful delivery of Intelity's ICE software from Sales turnover to implementation. This position is encompassed within the Client Services department and is based in Orlando, FL. This position will require some travel, occasional weekend and night work, and potentially on-call responsibilities. Although this is not an I.T. position, it will require an understanding of technical concepts.

The Content Management Specialist optimizes the visual and textual design elements of a multi-platform, integrated software solution. Intelity's CM Specialist serves as part of a project team and works closely with the customer to create a look and feel that best represents the customer's vision while still adhering to Intelity ICE application templates. This position will also assist post-deployment customers with maintaining content and design, and may involve some customer training. This position is encompassed within the Client Services department and is based in Orlando, FL. This position may require occasional weekend and night work. This is an entry level role.
